DRAFT - DRAFT - DRAFT <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE TO MAKE <br />HOME OCCUPATION LICENCE RENEWALS AN ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT PROCESS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Section 903.120.D.3 (Home Occupations - Effect of Permit) of the Little Canada <br />Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Effect of Permit. A "special home occupation permit" may be issued for a period of one (1) <br />year, after which the permit may be reissued for periods of up to three (3) years each. Each <br />application for permit renewal shall, howete,, be proc..ss‘.d in accoi dance with thL pius'duictl <br />tequir utcn of the uutial " special hone occupation pe,nut" be reviewed and subject to <br />approval oftheZoning Admmistrator;'In'constderation of an application for licence renewal <br />where written complaints; have been `received or where :there has been a change in conditions <br />or violation, the;Zoning<Adnunistratorshail have the discretion` to process the application in <br />accordance with the procedural requirements of the n: <br />initial special home occupation <br />Section 2.
