Summary and Recommendation <br />Planning staff recommends approval of the Conditional Use Permit to construct an <br />attached garage along with the existing detached garage, with the following provisions: <br />• No additional detached sheds are permitted on the property. <br />• The garages on the property are used for residential parking and storage only. <br />• The total garage floor space meets the 1,500 square foot maximum. <br />Planning staff does not recommend the variance to exceed the 1,500 square foot <br />garage floor area standard.
