The building is situated at the corner of South Owasso Boulevard and <br />Country Drive. <br />The zoning ordinance provides that multi- tenant buildings may display a series of signs <br />for the various building tenants, with the requirement that the property owner applies for <br />and receives a Conditional Use Permit which identifies the various sign locations and <br />sizes. <br />The building in question is 202 feet long and 45 feet deep, with a height of 18 feet. <br />Because the property is a corner lot, both of the frontages count toward measuring the <br />overall sign allowances for the parcel. <br />The proposed signs are all mounted on the wall or awning, and include the following: <br />North wall: one sign, 80 square feet rectangular <br />East wall: one sign, 40 square feet rectangular <br />South wall: one sign on canopy, 94 square feet rectangular <br />South wall: three signs on wall, 12 square feet each, rectangular <br />South wall: two signs on wall, 10 square feet each, circular <br />This list totals 270 square feet of total signage, about 6% of the building's fagade area. <br />This is well within the allowable signage standard of 15 %. <br />
