The drawing submitted with the application does not show all of the proposed signs
listed on the application form, however. To provide assurance for future record checks,
the applicant should provide an updated drawing that matches the proposed list of
signs. In this way, the applicant will not need to revise the CUP sign plan when the
various individual signs are erected.
Summary and Recommendation
Planning staff recommends approval of the proposed Conditional Use Permit for Master
Sign Plan at 401 -407 South Owasso Blvd. East. The proposal meets the standards set
by the ordinance for such permits, with the condition that the applicant update the
drawing to identify all proposed signs, matching the applicant form list.
pc: Kathy Glanzer
Steve Westerhaus
Lee Elfering
Jeff Young, Debace Properties, 138 E.
