The subject site is zoned R -1, Single Family. Single family dwellings are a <br />permitted use in this district. <br />Proposed Structure. The existing structure a single story rambler with a walkout lower <br />lever, approximately 2,176 s. ft. in size. The applicant is apparently proposing extensive <br />remodeling of the structure to transform it into a 3+ bedroom two story structure with a <br />tuck -under two car garage.
