Attach scaled drawings showing the area and specific location of the proposed <br />project, and the specific location of all existing and proposed equipment currently <br />located or to be located in the Right-of-Way. Maps must be "survey quality" , <br />accurately depicting streets, boundaries and other landmarks, and distances of the <br />proposed existing equipment therefrom. Maps need not be certified by a registered <br />surveyor. (This is an option for the City; the City may require maps certified by a <br />surveyor or in electronic format for GIS mapping.) <br />4.
