Rice Street <br />Shoreview, MN 55126 <br />(612) 484 -9104 • Fax 482 -5232 <br />Enclosed for your information is the suggested resolution transferring jurisdiction over: <br />• Labore Road (County Road 108) from Edgerton Street to County Road D <br />• McMenemy Street (County Road 140) from Viking Drive to Little Canada Road <br />to the City of Little Canada. The County Board is expected to act on the resolution <br />revoking the "County Road" status of these roadways in May, 1997. <br />As noted in the suggested resolution, jurisdiction will not transfer until Ramsey County is <br />in receipt of an adopted resolution from the City of Little Canada concurring with the <br />County revoking the "County Road" status of Labore Road and McMenemy Street, and <br />transferring jurisdiction over the roadways to the City of Little Canada. <br />Please contact me at 266 -2609 if you have any questions regarding this issue. <br />Sincerely, <br />aul L.
