MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />L1'1 ILE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 14, 1997 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th <br />day of August, 1997 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the <br />following members of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. John Keis <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />MINUTES There being no corrections, the minutes of the July 10, 1997 regular <br />Planning Commission meeting stood approved as submitted. <br />PROPERTY Mr. Louie Rustad, R & S Automotive, appeared before the Commission <br />COMBINATION- requesting approval of the combination of two lots into one. The property <br />R"& S'AUTO in question is located at 38 W. Woodlynn Avenue. Rustad reported that <br />he has a building on each lot. However, his plan is to build an addition <br />combining the buildings into one. Rustad reported that he has read the <br />City Planner's report and agrees to comply with the recommendations <br />listed in that report. <br />DeLonais asked how R & S intended to use the buildings. <br />Rustad replied that his auto repair business is located in the building on <br />the west. The eastern building is leased to Meyers Enterprises, and <br />Meyers intends to remain as a tenant in the building. <br />Page 9 <br />
