The <br />principal use of the property is a single family dwelling. The business operation involves <br />the overnight storage of a 14,500 lbs. commercial vehicle in the detached structure for <br />sales and deliveries that occur off -site. <br />The applicants applied for a variance in 1995 when they purchased the property to allow <br />for the outside storage of the commercial vehicle. The variance application was denied. <br />The applicants subsequently modified the existing detached accessory structure to <br />accommodate the commercial vehicle.
