MINUTES
PLANNING COMMISSION
AUGUST 14, 1997
garage was being raised only so they could park their truck in it.
Buchholz expressed concern that loading of trucks has occurred at 10:30
P.M. or 11 P.M. Buchholz also expressed concern with the R -2 zoning of
the property and questioned when that zoning was changed.
Harold Feichert reported that he lives across the street from the Wahlberg
property and he does not hear any noise associated with their business.
Mrs. Wahlberg reported that there was one delivery by a semi in the past
week.
