Hanson <br />Attached is a copy of the Animal Control Contract proposed by Animal Control Services, <br />Inc., our current provider, for the license period January 1, 1998 through December 31, <br />1998. All terms and conditions of the contract remain the same as currently exist (except <br />for a fee increase and the elimination of disposal service for wildlife). Below is a <br />comparison of rates: <br />1998 1997 Increase <br />Price Per Hour (based on <br />4 hours /week) $23.75 $23.00 3.3% <br />Price Per Call (other than scheduled <br />working hours <br />6 P.M. — 11:59 P.M. $51.50 $50.00 3% <br />12 Midnight — 7 A.M. $65.00 $50.00 30% <br />Price Per Animal for each day of boarding $11.00 $10.00 10% <br />Handling Fee Per Animal $2.00 N/A <br />Disposal Price Per Cat $20.00 $19.00 5.3% <br />Disposal Price Per Dog $22.00 $21.00 4.8% <br />Disposal of Wildlife (per animal, no deer) N/A $19.00 <br />Monthly Contract Handling Fee $40.00 N/A <br />Recovery of boarding fees and possibly a portion of other costs is possible through the <br />reclaiming charges. <br />Page 17 <br />
