Hanson
We are continuing to negotiate the terms of the development agreement to govern this
project. Our goal is to have it completed by the end of the year. In order that we are
prepared once execution of an agreement takes place, it is my recommendation that we
update our current appraisals on the following properties:
Guerin Property - 2822, 2826, 2828 Rice Street;
The Venetian Inn Property - 2814 Rice Street;
Rutzick Property;
Ultimate Golf Property - 2768 Rice Street.
I would also recommend we obtain appraisals on the following additional properties:
Office Building - 93 West Little Canada Road;
Dr. Allen's Property - 75 West Little Canada Road
Saxon Lanes - 61 West Little Canada Road
A portion of the Market Place Shopping Center parking lot.
I will work with the City Attorney in selecting the appraiser(s) to conduct this work
Page 52
