AZURE PROPERTIES
P.O. BOX 17830
ST. PAUL, MN 55117 -7830
(612) 484 -0070
(FAX) 486 -3444
September 10, 1997
Mr. Joel Hanson
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
RE: Parking at Sylvan Street Townhouses
Dear Mr. Hanson,
tECE'Nrn
wi J S
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this parking issue. We were originally
surprised to get your letter because our property manager has not received any complaints
since the parking change first took effect. What we did is to have our on -site managers,
Darold and Margaret Quesnel, closely monitor the parking situation, including doing late night
and early morning spot checks. They are both home almost all the time and keep a close
watch on the property.
Margaret reported that she does not see any problems at this time. She tells people when they
rent that we do have numbered spaces that are unassigned and they can contact her to reserve
them if they expect guests.
If you receive further complaints, please ask them to talk to their resident manager or send a
letter to our office. A letter will be sent to all of our residents informing them about the guest
parking and to notify us if they experience problems. If responses contradict Margaret's
findings and it becomes apparent there is need for additional spaces, Dick is willing to add
them. The property manager is going to note this for follow -up in six (6) months also.
Thank you, and please feel free to call me if there are any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
rt 01-
Mary Borndale
On behalf of Azure Properties
MB /kl
Page 106
