Hanson As outlined in my letter to Mr. and Mrs. Williams dated June 11, 1996, the property at 335 Rose Place is an L- shaped lot, ownership of which is in your name, Ronald Truscott. From our research of County records, while there is a mortgage recorded on the property in the name of Jamas R. Williams I1 and Renee Murray Williams, no deed has been recorded transferring title into their names. On September 22, 1993 the City Council approved a property division at your request so that the "L- shape" portion of 335 Rose Place could be combined with 333 Rose Place. This property division was never recorded, and the approval, has since lapsed. Therefore, the property at 335 Rose Place remains an "L- shaped" lot. Any adjustment of those lot lines would require approval of the City Council. As I outlined in my June 11th letter, final resolution of these issues must be worked out between you, Mr. and Mrs. Williams and Mr. Whitman. It is the City's as well as Ramsey County's position that the property at 335 Rose Place is an "L- shaped" lot under the ownership of Ronald Truscott. I have advised Mr. and Mrs. Williams in my June llth latter that the title for 335 Rose Place has not been transferred into their names and suggested that they may want to discuss this with their mortgage company.
