The City of Little Canada, as a near fully developed <br />community does not anticipate any significant increases in <br />wastewater flows. As a consequence, the City Engineer will review <br />and comment on the projected flows developed by the Metropolitan <br />Council as part of the Facilities Plan of the overall Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />Water Supply Plan The City of Little Canada is required to submit a <br />Water Supply Plan as part of the 1998 Comprehensive Plan <br />guidelines. as a near fully developed community, no major <br />expansions of the City water system is anticipated. The City Engineer <br />will review the Water Supply Plan guidelines to determine any <br />applicability to Little Canada. <br />Task 4 Implementation <br />• Official Controls Review Implementation of the Comprehensive Plan <br />will include a review of the City's existing Zoning Ordinance, <br />Subdivision Ordinance and Design Guidelines to ensure consistency <br />with the Plan as required by legislation. <br />• Capital Improvement Plan The City of Little Canada has an <br />established Capital Improvement Plan program that is updated <br />annually. As part of the process to complete the Comprehensive <br />Plan, the Capital improvement Plan will be reviewed and updated to <br />include any elements of the Comprehensive Plan that are not <br />currently identified, as part of the City's on -going budget planning <br />process. <br />• Intergovernmental Coordination_ As a means of implementing the <br />Rice Street Plan and Rice Street -Little Canada Development Guide, <br />the City of Little Canada will make initial contact with regard to <br />establishing on -going cooperation with the City of Roseville and <br />Ramsey County to create common development patterns, compatible <br />street accesses, pedestrian links, a common streetscape along the <br />Rice Street Corridor. Little Canada also promotes intergovemmentai <br />coordination with regards to surface water management through <br />cooperation with the Ramsey- Washington Metro Watershed District. <br />2 <br />Page 6 <br />
