Hanson <br />Attached is a proposed form of agreement from RVK Architects for their services relative to the <br />design, bidding and oversight of construction for the Historical Society Addition to the City <br />Center. His price of $13,800 plus reimbursable expenses is $12,200 less than the fee proposed <br />by the architects that did the feasibility study for this project. As you know, RVK has worked <br />for the City in the past and has done an excellent job. I am confident Mr. Krumm will complete <br />this project in a superior manner as well. <br />One other point of interest is that Mr. Krumm has expressed a willingness to work with us from <br />the standpoint of the construction management process. I will be meeting with him prior to <br />Wednesday's meeting to discuss this concept in more detail.
