The space is to be occupied by the Little Canada <br />Historical Society and is to include Museum Display Space, Office/ <br />Reception Area, Unisex toilet Facilities, Utility /Storage Space and <br />Airlock Vestibules. Lower Level /Basement space is to be evaluated <br />with respect to Code and /or Cost constraints and may be incorporated. <br />Construction Materials, methods and means are to match the existing <br />City Hall Building. I further understand that at this time the <br />Project Budget has been established at $320,000.00 but, with the goal <br />of having the Project completed at $250,000.00 or less. <br />I propose to provide the following Architectural Services for our <br />Phases of the Work: <br />1.) Completion of Design Development <br />2.) Constrcution Documents <br />3.) Bidding and Recommendation <br />4.) Construction Observation <br />As a part of this Proposal for Architectural Services, I will pro- <br />vide the necessary Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering <br />Services by engagement of Registered Professional Engineers, each <br />registered in the State of Minnesota for the specific Profession. <br />Also included shall be any required Site Work with the only exception <br />being Landscape Design. Please note that it shall be the responsib- <br />ility of the City to provide all information relative to the Project <br />requirements, such as Soils Investigations, (We can most likely <br />ARCHITECTURE <br />Page 148 <br />INTERIOR DES::N <br />
