MINUTES
Parks & Recreation Commission
NOVEMBER 6,1997
ADJOURN
Remerowski felt this was a means of supporting the Park program. Johnson stated that you
pay it when you build a new home and didn't feel the other existing home should be charged
again. Remerowski stated that he felt they should, being they were moving a lot line to
accomplish what they wanted to do.
Again there was much discussion as to whether or not the Commission was entitled to the
money from one lot or two. Remerowski felt the Commission was entitled to the money and
Johnson said she would not be convinced that they should collect from the original owner
a second time.
Anderson moved to close discussion.
Motion failed. 3 -3
Bianchi made the motion that the rule be clarified so that the Commission would have some
basis for making a decision in the future.
Motion seconded by Glaser.
Motion carried 5 -1.
Anderson recommended that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Glaser.
Motion carried 6 - 0.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
go J_ A or
Paula Schaefer
Page 24
