NOV-19-1997 16:05 <br />NRC 612 595 9837 P.02/03 <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 902.010 AND 903.140 OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY PROVIDING FOR <br />THE PLACEMENT OF COMMERCIAL ANTENNAS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT <br />BUILDINGS ON EXISTING PUBLIC UTILITY STRUCTURES. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 902.010.A.128 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />128.a. Public Use. Uses owned or operated by municipal, school <br />district, county, state, or other governmental units. <br />128.b. Public Utility Structure A self- supporting lattice <br />tower or monopole structure upon which wires are hung for <br />the transmission of electrical current which is owned and <br />maintained by a government - regulated electric utility <br />company. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 903.140.A. is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />A. ELIGIBLE ZONING DISTRICTS. Antennas and Towers, as <br />defined in Section 902.010.C. shall only be allowed in the Zoning <br />Districts as listed in the table found in this subsection below, <br />with the following exceptions: co- locations of antennas on <br />existing commercial towers and municipal water towers shall be <br />allowed by administrative permit; and, co- locations of antennas on <br />existing public utility structures may be allowed by conditional <br />use permit as regulated by Section 903.140.1. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 903.140 is hereby amended to add the following: <br />I. CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS. Commercial Antennas may be <br />located on existing public utility structures by Conditional Use <br />Permit in all zoning districts, as regulated by Section 921 of the <br />Little Canada Zoning Ordinance, provided that: <br />Page 33 <br />
