NOV -19 -1997 16:06 <br />NAC 612 595 9837 P.03'03 <br />1. The existing public utility structure is no less <br />than fifty feet in height. <br />2. Equipment buildings are located within the <br />perimeter footprint of the existing utility <br />structure. <br />3. Equipment buildings, if not located within the <br />perimeter footprint to the existing utility <br />structure, are located in no required yard of any <br />lot other than the required rear yard, and are <br />fully screened with evergreen landscape materials. <br />4. Equipment buildings, if located in a residential <br />district, shall also be constructed in such a way <br />as to resemble residential accessory buildings in <br />the immediate area which meet residential building <br />materials standards, and are either white or <br />natural in exterior color. <br />5. The proposed use and structures are round Lo be <br />compatible architecturally and functionally with <br />the neighborhood in which they are located. <br />6.
