The certification shall be signed by an Engineer <br />registered in the state of Minnesota. <br />The general criteria are summarized below. Higher priority <br />rankings will be assigned for projects characterized by items <br />from the top of this list. Long Term Savings <br />Project is located within either the Blue Lake, Metro or <br />Stillwater WWTP service area <br />Targets Immediate Reduction of Peak Rates of Inflow <br />Community is identified as having potentially excessive <br />RDI /I and GWI <br />Community is identified as having potentially excessive <br />RDI /I <br />Targets the Reduction of long term average /continuous <br />infiltration <br />III. GENERAL CRITERIA FOR FUNDING PRIORITIES (GRANTS) <br />Proposed studies will be evaluated by MCES staff who will make a <br />recommendation on the priority classification of the study. MCES <br />staff will prepare a recommended priority list for consideration <br />by the members of the Metropolitan Council. <br />At a minimum, applications for a grant shall contain the <br />following: <br />1. Description and scope of the study. <br />2. Time schedule for completion (identify key steps and <br />intermediate dates.) <br />3. Objectives of study. <br />4.
