No. 2788 <br />1 <br />2 relating to liquor; modifying restrictions for <br />3 temporary on -sale licenses; discontinuing the use of <br />4 the term "nonintoxicating liquor "; amending Minnesota <br />5 Statutes 1994, section 340A.411, subdivision 1, and by <br />6 adding a subdivision; Minnesota Statutes 1995 <br />7 Supplement, section 340A.410, subdivision 10. <br />8 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OP THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />g Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 1995 Supplement, section <br />10 340A.410, subdivision 10, is amended to read: <br />11 Subd. 10. (TEMPORARY LICENSES; RESTRie'YneN- ON- NUMBER <br />12 RESTRICTIONS.) jai A municipality may not issue more than <br />13 three four -day, four three -day, or six two -day temporary <br />14 licenses, in any combination not to exceed 12 days per year, <br />15 under section 340A.404, subdivision 10, for the sale of <br />16 alcoholic beverages to any one organization or registered <br />17 political committee, or for any one location, within a 12 -month <br />18 period. <br />19 (b) A municipality may not issue more than one temporary <br />20 license under section 340A.404, subdivision 10, for the sale of <br />21 alcoholic beverages to any one organization or registered <br />22 political committee, or for any one location, within any 30 -day <br />23 period. <br />24 Sec. 2.
