EXHIBIT A <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br />This is a summary of Ordinance No. , which <br />amends Chapters 701 through 704 of the Little Canada Municipal <br />Code, relating to the possession, sale and distribution of <br />nonintoxicating liquor and intoxicating liquor within the City of <br />Little Canada. More specifically, this amendment changes the <br />words "nonintoxicating malt liquor" wherever they appear in said <br />Chapters to "3.2 percent malt liquor ". The amendment also <br />reflects changes in Minnesota Statute Section 340A.410, Subd. 10, <br />placing limitations on the issuance of temporary intoxicating <br />liquor licenses by the City. <br />Chapter 701 provides definitions for certain terms and <br />incorporates the applicable Minnesota Statutes by reference. <br />Chapter 702 relates to nonintoxicating malt liquor within <br />the City of Little Canada. <br />Chapter 703 relates to intoxicating liquor within the City <br />of Little Canada. <br />Chapter 704 relates to on -sale wine licenses. <br />The Ordinance was adopted on the day of <br />19l, and published on the day of , 19 <br />Page 79 <br />
