Leveraging our extensive planning and engineering experience—including <br />prior work with Little Canada—we are prepared to guide your team through the process and <br />deliver a practical, well-structured document that will inform land-use and infrastructure <br />decisions for years to come. <br /> Scope of Work <br />Bolton & Menk brings decades of experience in facilitating, preparing, and implementing <br />comprehensive plans for a wide range of clients. This scope outlines the high-level services we <br />can provide. We welcome the opportunity to refine details and make adjustments as needed. <br /> <br />The Met Council’s minimum requirements have evolved significantly from previous <br />comprehensive plan cycles, introducing new data needs and review procedures for the 2050 <br />update. We recognize the importance of efficiency and will complete tasks in a cost-effective <br />manner wherever possible. To meet these requirements, we will leverage available materials, <br />tools, and data provided by the Metropolitan Council. <br /> Assumptions <br />• The process will be led by city community development staff. <br />• This update does not include separate visioning or goal-setting activities; rather, it builds <br />on the existing plan and current policies, leveraging recent strategic planning efforts. <br />• Technical analyses required to support updates to the Wastewater, Water Supply, and <br />Surface Water Management chapters will be completed outside the scope of this <br />proposal. These analyses will be initiated by the City Engineer but coordinated closely <br />with this comprehensive planning effort to ensure consistency and integration. Cost <br />estimate is listed as a separate line item.
