Source of Funds: <br />The fire station CCTV system will be funded from the fire equipment fund (Fund 457 – <br />Project #: Fire 23). $40,000 was budgeted and approved for this project in the 2026 <br />CIP. The original estimate of $40,000 came from the Kraus Anderson study. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Little Canada Fire Department recommends accepting the bid of $25,300.00 from Pro- <br />Tec Design for the purchase and installation of a CCTV system for the fire station and <br />authorizing the Fire Chief to execute the proposal and related project documents. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />• Project Bids Received <br />
