• The Vadnais Church site Is still owned by the church, and is proposed to continue <br />operations this spring/summer, so no change is proposed for that site. <br />• The Rice Street mobile home park south of Demont is left as mid density residential. <br />For some of these changes, text is being added to address the specific Issues raised in <br />addition to the graphics. If there are additional questions or concerns, please do not <br />hesitate to contact us. <br />With regard to schedule, the Council could call for a Public Hearing at any time. The City <br />will need to hold the hearing, then adopt the Plan, prior to submitting the Plan to Met <br />Council.
