The Planner reported that the <br />thought was that some of the homes on Round Lake will <br />eventually be redeveloped. This area is a <br />central portion of the redevelopment area. <br />The Planner pointed out that the Council adopted the <br />Development Guide in December, and discussion at the <br />time was how the City was going to be able to implement <br />that guide. The PUD zoning is a way of beginning the <br />implementation. <br />Struntz stated that he believed his house has existed <br />since 1900, therefore, is grandfathered in and the City <br />is unable to change the zoning. <br />Barraclough pointed out that the Development Guide may <br />not be fully implemented for many years.
