MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 11, 1996 <br />COMP PLAN <br />no impact if the use is not changing. However, if a <br />remodeling of the restaurant was proposed, the <br />architectural guidelines would have to be met, and a <br />site plan reviewed and approved. <br />There was on one else from the general public present <br />wishing to comment. <br />Keis recommended approval of the rezoning of certain <br />properties within the Rice Street /Little Canada Road <br />Redevelopment Area as proposed to Planned Unit <br />Development. <br />Motion seconded by Knudsen. <br />Motion carried 7 - 0. <br />The Planner indicated that he will be updating the <br />Comprehensive Plan and sending complete new copies out <br />to everyone. <br />ARCHITECTURAL The Commission noted that at their last meeting they <br />GUIDELINES discussed the need to develop architectural guidelines <br />for the rest of the City.
