ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2201.010 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, RELATING TO SAUNAS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. <br />2201.010. Definitions. As used in this chapter, the terms <br />defined in this section shall have the following meanings <br />ascribed to them: <br />Massage. Massage Therapy. Masseur. Masseuse, Massage <br />Therapist, The terms massage or massage therapy, hereinafter <br />"massage" are defined as the rubbing, stroking, kneading, <br />tapping, pounding or rolling of any part of the human body with <br />the hands for the purposes of relaxation, physical fitness or <br />beautification. "Masseur" as used herein is defined as a male <br />person who practices massage. "Masseuse" as used herein is <br />defined as a female person who practices massage. "Massage <br />therapist" is defined as a person who practices massage therapy. <br />Massage Parlor, Massage Therapy Establishment, The terms <br />massage parlor or massage therapy establishment hereinafter <br />"massage parlor" are defined as any room or rooms wherein a <br />person may, for a fee, receive a massage. <br />Sauna, The term sauna is defined as a steam bath or heating <br />room used for the purpose of bathing, relaxation or reducing, <br />utilizing steam or hot air as a cleaning, relaxing or reducing <br />agent. <br />This <br />after its <br />Section 2. <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />passage and publication. <br />PASSED by the City Council of Little Canada this day of <br />, 1996. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
