The initial application for a license by a business <br />shall be made by completing an application form provided by <br />and containing such information as required by the City <br />Administrator and by paying a one time nonrefundable initial <br />application fee of One Hundred Fifty and No /100 ($150.00) <br />Dollars. <br />3. If the application for a license under this chapter <br />is granted, the license fee for any business is Three <br />Hundred and No /100 ($300.00) Dollars per year. A separate <br />license shall be obtained for each place of business. <br />2220.030 <br />.Massage Therapy as an Accessory Use, <br />1. Licenses may be granted only to establishments <br />associated with and operating within the confines of and <br />incidental to a properly zoned beauty parlor. <br />2. No more than two (2) massage therapist individual <br />licenses will be issued to any business establishment. <br />3. Licenses may be denied or rescinded if the premises <br />of the establishments do not meet the requirements of the <br />City Council, and of the building, safety and sanitation <br />regulations of the City of Little Canada, and State of <br />Minnesota. <br />4. , -. .. >.. _ •. ,. • <br />4. Licenses may be denied or rescinded if there is any <br />fraud or deception involved in the license application. <br />5. Licenses may be denied or rescinded if the <br />applicant, licensee or employee of the same fail to comply <br />with, or have a history of violations of the laws or <br />Ordinances which apply to health, safety, or moral <br />turpitude. <br />6. The City Council may attach such reasonable <br />conditions to the license as it, in its sole discretion, <br />deems to be appropriate. <br />7.
