MINUTES <br />PROPERTY <br />DIVISION - <br />427 VIKING <br />DRIVE <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />FEBRUARY 8, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />February, 1996 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 P.M. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough (arr. 7:40) <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mrs. Kathy Glanzer, Admin. Asst. <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />January 11, 1996 Workshop Meeting and the January 11, <br />1996 Regular Planning Commission, the minutes stood <br />approved as submitted. <br />The City Planner reported that Mr. Roland L'Allier <br />has made application for the division of his property <br />located at 427 East Viking Drive into two lots. The <br />Planner reported that the property division meets all <br />Code requirements. The only issue that would need to <br />be addressed is whether or not to require the <br />connection to City water main. This would be an issue <br />for the Public Works Director and City Council. <br />Mr. Carson recommended approval of the division of 427 <br />E. Viking Drive into two single - family lots as <br />requested by Mr. Roland L'Allier subject to compliance <br />with the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />contained in his report dated February 2, 1996. <br />1 <br />Page 16 <br />
