A Community Design Review Board application if your proposal involves any new <br />construction or any outside additions or modifications to the building or site (except for <br />single - family homes). Submit 14 copies of the site plan instead of the eight required on <br />the Board's application. If this application is for a single-family home, you must include <br />an 8 1/2" x 11" site plan showing the proposed construction. <br />2. A written statement describing the intended use of the property and why the City should <br />approve your request. (Refer to the attached criteria.) <br />3. A list of property owners and their addresses for your site and for all properties within <br />350 feet.
