1. A certificate of survey shall be submitted including legal descriptions of the <br />proposed lots, and demonstration that all existing structures are in compliance with <br />required setbacks must be submitted. <br />2. The location of drainage and utility easements shall be subject to review and <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br />3. Park dedication requirements must be satisfied per the recommendation of the <br />Parks and Recreation Commission and approval by the City Council. <br />4.
