reason, subject only to the provisions of this Agreement. <br />Furthermore, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent, limit or <br />otherwise interfere with the right of Tangen to resign at any <br />time from his position with the City, subject only to the <br />provisions of this Agreement. <br />15. SPECIAL LEAVE. City will allow Tangen to take three working <br />days off in March of 1996. Tangen will have the choice of taking <br />three days off without pay or as an advance against future <br />vacation accrual. Tangen shall give the City Administrator at <br />least two weeks notice of the exact dates of leave and his choice <br />as to compensated or uncompensated leave. <br />16. OTHER PROVISIONS TO APPLY. Tangen shall be subject to <br />Section 15 of the City's Personnel Policy entitled "Other <br />Information" during his tenure with the City. Tangen <br />acknowledges receipt of this section as well as any other <br />sections of the Personnel Policy previously referenced in this <br />Agreement. <br />17. SEVERABILITY. If any provision, or any portion thereof, <br />contained in this Agreement is held to be unconstitutional, <br />invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, or a <br />portion thereof, shall be deemed severable, shall not be <br />affected, and shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Page 66 <br />
