Tangen <br />acknowledges receipt of this section as well as any other <br />sections of the Personnel Policy previously referenced in this <br />Agreement. <br />17. ALIZU,gAgyx "T 1f any provision, or any portion thereof, <br />contained in this Agreement is held to be unconstitutional, <br />invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement, or <br />portions thereof, shall be deemed severable, shall not be <br />affected, and shall remain in full force and effect. <br />This Agreement shall become effective January 22, 1996. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Little Canada, by unanimous vote <br />of its Council, has caused this Agreement to be signed and <br />executed on its behalf by its Mayor any City Administrator, and Tangen <br />has signed this Agreement, in duplicate, the day and year first <br />written above. <br />8 <br />Page 11 <br />
