14. Maintenance Schedule <br />What activities or practices will be used to monitor the health and maintain project trees and shrubs during establishment <br />and over the long term? How often or during what months is each activity needed? Who is responsible and will sufficient <br />budget be provided for plant maintenance? Please list in the following table all the primary maintenance activities for <br />the first two years as well as activities which will be done throughout the 10 year maintenance agreement period. Please <br />use the 'MN/DOT Community Roadside Landscaping Partnership Program: 1995 Training School" manual (pages 7 -1 <br />through 7 -6) as a checklist. <br />The homeowners will be required to make a commitment to a 10 year maintenance program.
