SRN -10 -1996 16:22 FROM SWEENEY BORER & OSTROW TO LITTLE CANADA <br />P.03 <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered this day of January, 1996, <br />by and between the City of Little Canada, A Municipal Corporation <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to <br />as "City", and Scott Tangen, hereinafter referred to as "Tangen ". <br />WtTNESSETR: <br />WHEREAS, the City desires tO employ Tangen as its Public Works <br />Directory, effective January 22, 1996; and <br />WHEREAS, Tangen agrees to enter the employment of the City of <br />Little Canada on that date; and <br />WHEREAS, both parties desire to establish the terms of this <br />employment; <br />IT IS HERESY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. POSITION, The City of Little Canada agrees to employ Tangen <br />as its Public Works Director. Tangen agrees to serve as the <br />Public Works Director for Little Canada, will devote his full <br />business time and best efforts to the City of Little Canada, and <br />will engage in no outside business. Tangen agrees to perform the <br />duties of Public Works Director as they have been explained to <br />him and as they may be changed from time to time. Additionally, <br />Tangen shall be required to perform such other duties as may be <br />directed from time to time. <br />2. SALARY.. The City of Little Canada agrees to pay Tangen a <br />salary of $39,411 per year starting January 22, 1996. The City <br />1 <br />Page 4 <br />
