CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />ARCADE STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 94 -2 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Little Canada <br />will meet in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City at 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December <br />3, 1996, to consider the making of an improvement on Arcade <br />Street from the north line of Keller Parkway to the south line of <br />County Road D by roadway reconstruction including curb and gutter <br />and storm drainage improvements as well as water main on the <br />portion of Arcade Street between Keller Parkway and LaBore Road, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111. The <br />area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the property <br />abutting on such street. The estimated cost of the improvement <br />is $1,170,000.00. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed <br />improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br />Joel R.
