MINUTES <br />PUD PERMIT - <br />TO OPERATE A <br />RETAIL, <br />STORAGE & MFG <br />FACILITY - <br />2940 RICE ST <br />ALL AMERICAN <br />RECREATION <br />w� <br />MINUTES OF LF1E REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 14, 1996 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 14th day of <br />November, 1996 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Gene DeLonais called the meeting to order at <br />7:30 p.m. and the following members of the Commission <br />were present at roll call: <br />MEMBER PRESENT: <br />Mr. Gene DeLonais <br />Mr. Dennis Carson <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />MEMBERS EXCUSED: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Fred Schletty <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Ms. Mary Granley, Recorder <br />There being no corrections to the minutes of the <br />October 10, 1996 Regular Planning Commission meeting, <br />the minutes stood approved as submitted. <br />Gerald and Roger Schiltz, All American Recreation, <br />appeared before the Commission requesting a Planned <br />Unit Development permit to operate a retail and <br />incidental storage and manufacturing facility in the <br />Planned Unit Development district at 2940 Rice Street. <br />Gerald Schiltz reported that All American Recreation <br />assembles and custom- stains recreational equipment <br />and game room furniture such as pool tables, bar room <br />chairs and pool components. <br />DeLonais asked what type of manufacturing is done by <br />All American Recreation. Schiltz replied that side <br />cabinets with router detailing or raised panels are <br />custom -made for pool tables. He stated the facility <br />would have a dust collection system and make -up air <br />system to handle lacquer finishes. <br />Carson asked if this would be new location for All <br />American Recreation. Schiltz replied that it would <br />be. <br />1 Page 13 <br />
