We have several retail stores in the Twin Cities area and we have
been in business for 25 years.
We have made an offer on the 27,000 S.F. building located on 2940 Rice
Street, which is pending approval from the City of Little Canada on the
submitted P.U.D. application.
P.U.D. request for a woodworking production area in building.
• The production area allows us to custom build pool table cabinets,
custom stain furniture, lacquer finish wood products and box the pool
table and furniture component parts for delivery to our customers.
Our woodworking machines and production area are a vital part of our
business operation for retail sales. A dust collection system for the
woodworking equipment would be located just outside of the building
wall inside of the existing fenced area. This area has an easement.
• We will remove the existing raised wood floor system, most of the
interior walls and some of the acoustical ceilings to accommodate our
production area, warehouse storage and retail store business.
• We will continue to lease to the Champion Auto Store retail business.
The existing lease is in effect thru the year of 1999.
Page 5
