Our site visit <br />revealed that a significant amount of erosion and sedimentation has occurred an this end of the parking lot <br />draining down to the St. Paul Water Utility easement. We recommend that barrier type concrete curb and <br />gutter be installed along the north side of the proposed expansion. The addition should be graded such that <br />the stonn water drains to a central location where it can be conveyed properly to the utility easement. We also <br />recommend that the owner be required to submit a construction plan for our review and approval. <br />Page 8 <br />
