Barraclough felt her valuation was not <br />far off, and was certainly within 10% either way. <br />Barraclough pointed out that this home would be worth <br />more money in Little Canada than it would be in <br />Richfield. <br />Carson asked if <br />basement area. <br />Steve Morelan, <br />would be met. <br />Tilleskjor was going to finish off the <br />He replied that he was. <br />resident in the area, asked if setbacks <br />The Planner replied that all setback requirements would <br />be met. <br />Morelan asked which property line would be considered <br />the rear lot line. <br />The Planner replied that the southern property line <br />would be considered the rear lot line. <br />Keis asked if moving the house back on the lot would <br />jeopardize the ability to add onto it in the future. <br />The City Planner replied that it would not since the <br />house would be moved straight back on the lot. <br />Mr. Schletty recommended approval of the Conditional <br />Use Permit to move an existing house onto a single - <br />family lot located at the end of Australian Avenue as <br />requested by Kerwin Tilleskjor subject to compliance <br />with the recommendations of the City Planner as <br />outlined in his report dated July 8, 1996. <br />Motion seconded by Keis. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />Tom Duray, owner of the Hoggsbreath, appeared before <br />the Commission requesting approval of a Conditional <br />Use Permit to construct a special purpose fence <br />allowing extra height and more substantial <br />construction. Duray reported that he will be doing <br />some major improvements to the back of his parking lot, <br />installing new blacktop, curb and gutter, and green <br />area.
