In addition, Chapter 601 relating to the abatement <br />of nuisances has been revised to reflect the authority of the <br />Code Enforcement Officer. Sections 601.070 and 601.080 have also <br />been revised to specify that abatement of the nuisance by the <br />City and recovery of the costs of the abatement from the owner is <br />optional and not mandatory. <br />It is our understanding that this Ordinance will be <br />considered at the next regularly scheduled Little Canada City <br />Council Meeting on July 24.
