MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MARCH 14, 2013 <br />Little Canada Road by Grace Adult Day Care Center subject to <br />compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as outlined in <br />his March 8, 2013 report. <br />Motion seconded by Maleitzke. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />MODIFICATION The City Planner reported that the Planning Commission has been asked <br />OF TIF NO. 6 to determine whether or not the modification of the Development Program <br />for Development District No. 6 and the modification of the Tax Increment <br />Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 6 -1 as it relates <br />to the Pinetree Pond development conforms to the general plans for the <br />development and redevelopment of the City. The Planner noted that the <br />land use plan for the City is guided to low density single- family <br />residential, and the Pinetree Pond development is low density single - <br />family residential. <br />Murphy recommended adoption of the resolution of the City of Little <br />Canada Planning Commission finding that the modification of the <br />development program for Development District No. 6 and Modification of <br />the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District <br />No. 6 -1 conform to the general plans for the development and <br />redevelopment of the City. <br />Motion seconded by Schwalbach. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />MASTER The City Planner reported that he has been discussing the CUP process <br />SIGN PLANS for master sign plans, and it is staffs recommendation that this process be <br />changed to an administrative process. The Planner indicated that he will <br />bring a proposal for the Commission's consideration at an upcoming <br />meeting. <br />PINETREE Maleitzke asked the status of the Pinetree Pond development. The <br />POND Planner replied that the Council will consider the vacation of the 33 -foot <br />DEVELOPMENT road easement at its next meeting. The outcome of that action will define <br />the parameters of the development. The Planner reported that the next <br />step after the vacation process will be the Final Plat, which will be <br />presented to the Commission for a recommendation. <br />- 10 - <br />
