With the passage of the <br />proposed Ordinance, the City Code will regulate accessory buildings as follows: <br />No CUP Required - <br />(building permit only) <br />CUP Required <br />(and building permit) <br />Not Allowed <br />Floor area of a garage and /or accessory building for a single <br />family detached dwelling up to 1,000 square feet without a conditional <br />use permit. <br />Floor area of a garage and other accessory building for a single <br />family detached dwelling between 1,000 -1,500 square feet will require <br />a conditional use permit. <br />- A combination of a garage and an accessory building for a single <br />family dwelling that exceeds 1,500 square feet in floor area. <br />Please consider the attached ordinance amendment as a preliminary draft, subject to <br />recommendations of the City Council. <br />pc: Kathy Glanzer <br />Greg Schmidt <br />5775 Wayzata Blvd. • Suite 555 • St. Loui° ° (612) 595- 9636•Fax. 595 -9837 <br />Page 80 <br />
