DRAFT <br />DRAFT - DRAFT <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING ORDINANCE <br />SECTION 903.020 - GENERAL BUILDING AND PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />(ACCESSORY BUILDINGS) <br />THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA ORDAINS: <br />Section 1. Section 903.020.D.4 (Accessory Buildings, Uses and Equipment), is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />4. No accessory building or detached garage for a single family dwelling shall <br />occupy more than twenty -five (25) percent of the area of the rear yard. The <br />total floor area of a garage and other accessory buildings for a single family <br />detached dwelling shall not exceed one thousand (1,000) square feet of floor <br />area per lot, except by conditional use permit pursuant to Section 921 of this <br />Ordinance in it Enstance shalt the total floor area of a garage and art <br />eceessory bu €id ng for` single family dweihng exceed orie thousand five <br />hundred (1",500) square feai <br />Section 2.
