SEP -20 -1996 09:35 <br />MAC 612 595 9837 P.03/05 <br />Landscaping; The applicant agreed at the Planning Commission meeting to provide <br />landscaping in the areas surrounding the building which are not a portion of the parking <br />lot or car storage area A fence will enclose the entire parcel, including the westernmost <br />triangle of the site. <br />NSP Easement: The applicants had indicated that NSP will approve Beliand's occupancy <br />of the easement. However, the agreement provided was for a different parcel.
