MINUTES
PLANNING COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 12, 196
Landscaped areas would have to be provided which would
include grass and trees.
Keis reported that he looked at the site and found
there were auto parts laying in the yard.
One of the Bellands indicated that auto parts are
regularly removed to a salvage yard. Schletty
felt there needed to be some more attention to code
enforcement in the Ryan Industrial Park area.
DeLonais reported that there is a Community Pride
meeting scheduled for next week. The Code Enforcement
Officer will be present, and DeLonais indicated that he
will raise the issue of Ryan Industrial Park.
Keis asked about the NSP easement.
The Planner replied that as a condition of approval,
9
Page 93
