EXHIBIT B <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />Effective October 1, 1996, payment for services rendered <br />as of that date between the City of Little Canada and Castle <br />Companies, Inc. DBA Castle Inspection Service is governed based <br />on a percentage of permit revenues collected by the City pursuant <br />to the following schedule: <br />Source of Permit Fee % Due Building Official <br />Building Permit Revenue <br />Plan Check <br />Plumbing Permits <br />35% <br />35% <br />35% <br />Services outside the scope of this agreement (including <br />Planning Commission and City Council meetings) - hourly rate as <br />stated in the currently adopted edition of the UBC (currently <br />$42.00 per hour). <br />Building permit revenues are calculated pursuant to Section <br />II, Paragraph #2. <br />The amounts generated as a result of this schedule shall be <br />the only cost payable to the Building Official by the City. <br />Building Official is responsible for all costs associated with <br />the conduct of his business operation, including but not limited <br />to transportation costs, liability insurance costs, health <br />insurance costs, Workers Compensation insurance costs, life and <br />disability insurance costs, unemployment insurance premiums, <br />photocopying costs, telephone and faxing costs, etc. Building <br />Official is also responsible for providing qualified replacements <br />when he is unavailable to perform services due to illness, <br />vacation, or other absence. <br />Said fee schedule shall be in effect from October 1, 1996 <br />through December 31, 1998. <br />Page 108 <br />
