parties hereto and this understanding should be considered in <br />interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, that upon notice <br />given by any party hereto, later negotiations may be undertaken for <br />the purpose of revising, adding to or striking any provision or <br />provisions of this Agreement which appear unworkable or insufficient <br />to perfect, maintain, and ensure the purpose of this Agreement. Any <br />change to the original provisions of this Agreement mutually <br />acceptable to both parties shall be written and attached to this <br />Agreement as provided above and any such revision, addition, or <br />deletion shall only apply to the provision so revised, added, or <br />deleted, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />V. EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATION DATES <br />1. Effective Date. This Agreement shall be effective as of <br />the date set forth in the first paragraph hereof and shall continue <br />in full force and effect until terminated pursuant to paragraph V.2. <br />below. <br />2. Termination. This Agreement shall continue in full force <br />and effect unless either party gives sixty (60) days written notice <br />of cancellation. All such notices shall be sent via registered or <br />certified United States mail to the other party at their respective <br />addresses: <br />For City: <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 East Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />For Building Official: Gregory A. Schmit <br />Castle Design and Development <br />Company, Inc. <br />2440 Lindwood Court <br />Maplewood, MN 55119 <br />3. Upon effective date of termination, Building Official <br />shall cease all work and deliveries save that necessary in City's <br />discretion to protect the public health, welfare, and safety. <br />VI. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS <br />1. Insurance. Building Official shall furnish evidence of <br />public liability insurance of at least $500,000 for each claimant <br />and $1,000,000 per occurrence. Said policies may not be cancelled <br />until after thirty (30) days written notice to City. Building <br />Official shall also furnish evidence of compliance with statutory <br />requirements relative to the provision of worker's compensation <br />insurance. <br />2.
